A model test shoot is meant to provide you with images that clearly represent your form and features. There is always room for your personality to come through but primarily they are meant to give an art director or casting director an accurate representation of you and to show some of your range.
A typically mix of images includes full length, 3/4 and/or 1/2 length, and a head shot.
For a basic shoot outfits should include something form fitting and with your arms and/or legs bare so the person hiring you knows if there are features, like tattoos, they might have to accommodate for.
Styling and retouching are minimal. Removing temporary blemishes is fine but not altering or disguising a permanent feature that will be apparent when you show up for a shoot or audition.
Themed shoots focusing on a particular look or style (for example, a lifestyle or fitness look) are also available. An adjustment in price might be necessary if they are more involved.
A Comp Card is a model's business card. The standard size is 8.5" x 5.5" printed on stiff card stock. It Usually consists of a head shot on one side along with your name. On the other side are 4 images and your measurements: Height, Bust, Waist, Hips, Hair Color, Eye Color, Dress Size and Shoe Size. For the additional charge of $45.00 you will receive a comp card layout formatted for printing.
